Domains
If you have one or more domains with us you will the number of domains under the Domains tab at the top of the page.
The Domians tab on the Home page will bring up the list of domains in your account.
The domain will show "green" if there is an SSL certificate (needed for your website to show as secure) associated with the domain.
The domain will show as "red" if there is no SSL certificate associated with the domain. The SSL certificate is not needed if the domain is just parked with no website.
Actions
Note there are shortcuts on the left to allow you to preforms immediate actions, i.e., Renew Domain, Register New Domain or Transfer a domain. (Not these actions are available in other areas of the account manager as well.)
Domains Mangement
On the right for the domain there is a "wrench" symbol that brings up the information about your domain and any associated SSL certificate.
Next to the 'wrench' there is a pull down with these options:
Manage nameservers - Clicking on this tab will take you to a screen that shows the current name servers on the domain and giving you the option to change the name servers. We recommend NOT changing the name servers unless the new name servers have already been set up with appropriate DNS records to point to your website and email
Edit Contact Information - This screen shows you the current contact information on the domain. If changes need to be made you can update the information and then click Save Changes
Auto Renew - This allows you to enable or disable a reminder email that will be sent to you in advance of the domain expiration date.
Renew - Click this tab if you want to renew the domain immediately.
