At the top of the Home page are tabs for Home, Services, Domains, Billing, Support, Open Ticket, Terms and Privacy.
Displayed under the Welcome Back banner you will see the number of services and domains you have plus any tickets or invoices outstanding. Clicking on any of those will take you to information about those items as will other tabs on the site.
Your Info
On the left on the Home page is an area that shows the current contact person, address and telephone information.
If any of this information needs to be changed, click on the Update tab
Under Update you can also select the email types you want to receive
Contacts
This page displays information about any other users that have access to the Account Manager. And allows you to add one or more users
Your Active Products/Services
Under this section you will see a list of products and services that are active (your domains are listed under the domains section)
Clicking on a product or service will bring up the details of that service showing the recurring payment amount, the billing cycle and the next due date There is a tab on the bottom that you can click to request cancellation of that service.
